The Program

Our board and resistance band based system is low impact, HIIT, and blends the most effective techniques from various workout genres.

What you can expect:

  • 30 minutes, resistance band focused training
  • A blend of cardio, strength training, stretching and calisthenics
  • Multiple anchor points for endless workout variations
  • Full body movements, all which can be personalized to your fitness level
  • Great for rehabilitation, engaging the whole body for a quicker recovery
  • Even your smallest muscles and ligaments will feel the difference!
