How It Works

Welcome to BOARD30! Our proprietary system blends techniques from such honored practices such as pilates, yoga, strength training, and cardio. No matter what fitness level you are at, our program is versatile, efficient, and can be tailored just for you. Here’s the basics:

  • Great for all fitness levels
  • 30 minutes, resistance band focused training.
  • A blend of cardio, strength training, stretching and calisthenics
  • Multiple anchor points for endless workout variations
  • Full body movements which can be personalized for all fitness levels
  • Great for rehabilitation, engaging the whole body for a quicker recovery - Even your smallest muscles and ligaments will feel the difference!
